40 Days of Now: Day 19

(This post is part of a series. If you'd like to know what it's all about, go here.)

Now. Jesus, I love You more than chocolate cake batter. I feel like a kid today. I can get so wrapped up in licking the bowl, I forget that there's a whole cake in the oven. You've been so good to me, blessed me with so many wonderful gifts, and yet I have a deliciously fluttery feeling that the best is yet to come. Just stopping to consider that makes my heart jump. ~R

From the fullness of his grace we have all received one blessing after another.
(John 1:16)

  2. Jesus, I see you in the unseen. "And this small and temporary trouble I suffer will bring me a tremendous and eternal glory, much greater than the trouble. For I fix my attention, not on things that are seen, but on things that are unseen. What can be seen lasts only for a time, but what cannot be seen lasts forever." II Corinthians 4:17-18

BTW, thanks Rachelle for the 40 days of looking for Jesus NOW. The accountability has been great to keep my eyes wide open! Man, you see a lot when your eyes are open...
